Kiera is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with AWC Grief Support who works with children, teens, adults, and families navigating grief, loss, and complex life transitions. With more than 25 years as an educator, including 14 years as an Elementary School Principal, she brings a deep understanding of the emotional, relational, and developmental needs individuals experience, including during serious medical illness and bereavement.
Kiera approaches each session with a warm, caring presence and a client-centred approach. She believes that healing begins in safe, trusting relationships where individuals feel heard, valued, and empowered.
Her work is grounded in compassion, curiousity, and respect for each client’s unique story and pace. In her personal time, she enjoys long walks with her dog, spending time in nature, cooking and reading.
