Ruby is a warm, intuitive therapist who works from an anti-oppressive, anti-racist, and intersectional lens. She supports individuals navigating grief, trauma, identity, and emotional overwhelm, offering a compassionate and affirming space to explore healing. As a queer therapist, Ruby warmly welcomes members of the LGBTQ+ community and is committed to creating a space where clients feel seen, respected, and supported in all aspects of their identity.

Ruby integrates EFT, IFS, DBT, mindfulness, somatic therapy, and self-compassion practices, tailoring her work to each client’s needs and cultural context. She believes deeply in the power of relationships and sees the therapeutic connection as a central part of the healing process.

Ruby brings creativity, curiosity, and humour to sessions, helping clients explore their experiences gently and authentically. Her approach honours both the pain and resilience present in every grief story, with a primary focus on working with individuals.
